One Day Friday Payday Sale: February 5

Sometimes I make something that I like a lot. So much that I don’t want to see it go. And that’s the case with this painting.

I made this in 2007, I think, when a friend asked me to create a cover for his poetry chapbook. He writes very visceral poems, and I like legendary cats as creepy and visceral beings. Wing’d was one of my first pieces after doing a lot of studying on Japanese ukiyo-e prints.

So, this piece is 11×14, oil on glass, framed in thick black. He’s normally priced at $160, but today (through midnight only) he’s up for $70. but after the Payday Sale, he’s up for grabs at $100. Shipping is free.
